1. Drink coffee


Myth: Drinking coffee and tea breaking fast can be enjoyed and exposed to the body

Fact: Coffee and tea contain caffeine which will refute the symptoms of stomach ulcers after a day of running. If you drink coffee when breaking fast, coffee content in coffee causes the heart to beat.

3. Sweet drinks


Myth: Sipping sweet drinks when breaking the fast is good for welcoming the body.

Fact: Sweet drinks contain liquids that can increase blood sugar, which increases the risk of obesity.
